Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The refund excludes the original shipping cost for sending the item(s) to you, as well as the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return reaches us; otherwise, we will not be able to process a refund for your item(s).

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item so we can review the issue and assist accordingly.

For all damage claims, customers are required to provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of all sides of the shipping box
  • Photos of the interior packaging materials
  • A photo of the shipping label

Please retain all original packaging and damaged items until the claim review has been completed. Failure to provide the requested documentation or disposal of packaging materials may limit our ability to process or approve a damage claim.

Zarden Home reserves the right to deny claims that cannot be verified or that contain inconsistent or insufficient documentation.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, vintage items or items marked final sale, or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
