Shipping Policy

We currently ship only within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or shipping to U.S. territories.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout. Zarden Home is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.

Once an order has shipped and leaves our warehouse, Zarden Home is no longer responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if tracking shows an issue in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request further assistance.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Zarden Home is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend checking with neighbors, building management, mailrooms, or the carrier directly if a package cannot be located.

We are happy to provide any order or tracking information needed to help support your claim with the carrier.

Damage Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and take every precaution to ensure they are packaged with care and delivered safely. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

For damage claims, photos of the damaged item, original packaging, shipping box, and shipping label are required. Please retain all packaging materials until the claim has been reviewed, as the carrier may require them for inspection.

Damage claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or store credit.

Please note that our damage policy applies only to items shipped directly to your address within the United States.

Vintage and antique pieces may show signs of age, patina, wear, or natural imperfections. These characteristics are part of the nature of vintage goods and are not considered damage or defects.

If you choose to use a freight forwarder for international shipping, Zarden Home is not responsible for any damages, loss, delays, or delivery issues that occur after the order has been delivered to the freight forwarder. In these cases, we recommend contacting your freight forwarder directly to handle any damage or lost package claims.
